Yuuki grew up in Burbank, CA and moved to the Pacific Northwest in his teens where his musical aesthetics really took shape. He has toured the world as a member of Sufjan Stevens, Richard Swift, Pedro the Lion, and Crystal Skulls. Yuuki is currently a member of The Shins. When not recording and touring with the band Yuuki loves to collaborate on other projects.
